We are getting a new roof! Our house looks like a tornado came through, but the end result will be nice. :) Special thanks to the FIL (Mark Waynick) for making this happen.

Seriously! What is with you and roofs? Actually it must be you plus Chris, and roofs (because we tried forever to knock my dining room ceiling in and its still standing!) :)
